How it works

Choose your problem in the list and give us your email address for the confirmation email and your postcode to select the right technician for you.
Then, YOU choose your urgency, telling us when WE come to YOU. Select the VAT and describe shortly your problem in 1 or 2 sentences. Now you have your intervention price.
Finally, we ask you to provide your contact and payment details (by credit card). Your booking works like the reservation of a hotel room. But you pay only after the intervention took place, validated by you. Now your booking is made!
You receive an email to confirm your booking and a bit later a phone call you’re your certified technician to fix the exact timeslot. We recommend to send him some pictures to make sure he is well prepared. Now your intervention is planned!

Please note, that in case you have a mast minute change in your planning, you can cancel and postpone the booking for free up to one hour before the planned intervention!
Once arrived at your place, he asks you to approve his mandate and make a quick diagnostic to make sure he fixes the right problem. Then he will start your intervention, informing you about progress and actions or input required from your side.
Once finished, he will leave the place clean, he will check that the entire system connected is operational again. Finally, he asks your validation. Dingdone, thing done.
Following the intervention, you will get the invoice and your payment is settled. Several days after the intervention, you are kindly asked to give your feedback to us, either by phone or by mail to make sure you are fully satisfied.
